The dream was a neighborhood bistro - fresh, local ingredients, thoughtfully and expertly prepared. So, they packed up their belongings, left Denver, and set their sights on Noblesville Indiana. After a 3 month remodel their little bistro was ready for guests. But there was a problem. It was March 2020.
